Submitting EntriesAll entries for all meets(local, out of region and national meets) must be submitted to the club secretary. Competitions organisrs will not accept entries unless it comes from the club.Avaliable Meets Refer to upcomming meets for all information local regional and national competitions. If a fyler is not on the notice board please discuss your intentions with the race secretary. Entry Cut of Dates Normally meet fylers can be found on the club notice board. The Ice Breakers cut off date will be written on the flyer. This deadline is for our race secretary to be able to put together the clubs entry and submit it to the relative competition. Manual Entries Poolside There are Entry forms avaliable in a pocket on the club notice board. Once your entry has been decided on, the forms can either be given to the race secretay or in the drop box which is in the store room Phyc Sheets It is the swimmers responsibility to keep a watch out for the publication of the particular meets Phyc Sheets. These can be found on any of the links provided in the meet information page. The only changes that can be made to a Phyc Sheet is due to a error or omission that has been generated from the club.
